This appears to be F.E.A.R. 3, a sequel to spooky FPS F.E.A.R. 2: Project Origin, if you couldn't decode the totally radical, extreme naming scheme. You see, they replaced the E with a 3!

This is all unconfirmed at this point, but it would make sense as F.E.A.R. 2 was successful enough to keep the franchise going.
