Rock Band DLC: X, Carrie Underwood and More

Punk rockers X receive top billing in next week's batch of Rock Band downloadable content, supported by Little Fish, Ace Frehley, Carrie Underwood and OneRepublic.

X Track Pack

X - "Blue Spark" +
X - "The Hungry Wolf"
X - "I Must Not Think Bad Thoughts"
X - "Los Angeles"

Little Fish - "Am I Crazy" +
Little Fish - "Bang Bang" *
Little Fish - "Darling Dear" *
Ace Frehley - "Outer Space"
Carrie Underwood - "All-American Girl" +
OneRepublic - "Stop & Stare" +
Tracks marked with a + will also be released for LEGO Rock Band.

Little Fish's "Am I Crazy" will be completely free and their other two tracks will costs a mere 99¢ (80 Microsoft Points) each, while all others will cost $1.99 (160 MS Points) a pop. The X songs can be had in a discount track pack for $6.99 (560 MS Points).

All original master recordings, the tracks are slated for an Xbox 360 and Wii release on March 23, while PlayStation rockers have a few more days to poke safety pins through their flesh as their tracks won't hit until the March 25 PlayStation Store update.

Holy crap! X downloadable songs? How unexpected yet totally appreciated!
Now I might have to dust off my plastic drums...

    Don't have to know every band that has ever been / is out there, you can give them a shot and see if it is your cup of tea though.
