The Beta for ModNation Racers kicks off today and Sony just shot us 14 keys to giveaway. All you need to do for a chance to win is hop in and post a comment to this story…oh, and have a PS3; that'd help. What's the game all about? Check out our Hands-on Preview of ModNation Racers.

We'll randomly select the winners at 6pm Eastern to allow plenty of time for the lucky 14 to download the client and get in the game tonight. Plans call for the beta to run through Sunday, Jan 10.

      Hey whats going on shacknews! I registered a while ago for your site and I forgot you guys even existed! I'm gonna add you guys to my bookmarks.

      Also, i'd really appreciate a modnation beta key. I have created a few masterpiece levels in LBP that have had 30,000+hearts and I can say that I have a great imagination when it comes to designing.

      I mainly want the key so that I can test the level editor and see if i enjoy the game as much as i think i will.
