Fatshark says the objective-based shooter urges on co-operation on every level from level design through mechanics, including 'synergy' effects which boost nearby players.

Powered by the now-closed GRIN's Diesel engine, Lead and Gold - Gangs of the Wild West is due a downloadable release on PC and unspecified consoles this winter.

A trailer gives a look at the beards in motion, plus some great explosions.

    Diesel engine means deferred lighting. I hate deferred lighting. :(

      Deferred lighting is a good thing. Big improvement in performance with a lot of dynamic lights. The only drawback is that there's no anti-aliasing support in DX9, iirc the last game they shipped with it had DX10 so hopefully this does too.
