The character animation seems super-smooth. That was the one thing that really jumped out at me.
Oh, and if a plane is falling you would essentially be weightless. So, wtf?-

in the demo the doors are off on the side of the plane and you can walk by like nothings happening
while the animations look smooth they're canned and there's something weird about the feel of moving around. I don't know if it's the speed of the animations, the design of the environments...? I was trying to imagine what makes Uncharted feel better to play and one thought that came to mind is that the environment in the Wanted demo is like a simple grid. There's more emphasis on moving, finding cover suited to the direction the enemies are located in Uncharted/Gears. There are many other little things I guess like the reaction of enemies to bullets, more dynamic behaviors, etc
don't get me wrong it seemed passable, much better than that Bourne game out a while ago
