When asked if the game was coming to North America, Anno told GameTrailers: "Yes, it should be, but the launch date has not been determined yet." Anno added that it has not been decided whether the game will feature cross-region multiplayer capability.

White Knight Chronicles boasts a sweeping fantasy story and a unique real-time combat system. The game debuted in Japan on December 25 to healthy sales.
