Uncharted 2: Among Thieves looked good in this morning's trailer, but the presentation in these new screenshots is even sharper.

We've also got a few pieces of concept art to compare between. From the looks of things, they came pretty close to the first concept.

We're looking at a fall 2009 release for Naughty Dog's PlayStation 3 action sequel.

Deee-amn! This looks amazing. Naughty Dog always seems to be ahead of the curve when it comes to graphics.

  It does look very good... but I wouldn't say it's huge steps above the level of Gears of War 2. Different art direction, but that game is gorgeous as well.

    O_o uhh..... seriously? I think this looks a LOT better than GOW2. Some of the textures/models in GOW2 had confused as to wtf it was suppose to be. Looking at these screenshots, I have no doubt what everything is in the images.

    Agreed- Uncharted was the first Naughty Dog production I played through. I picked up a used copy of Jak and Daxter and played through it for the first time recently and loved it. Haven't played Jak II or III yet, but I plan to.
