Capcom has issued a new trailer for Street Fighter IV, detailing boss character Seth, who, as the company points out, "coincidentally shares the same name as [Capcom community manager] Seth Killian."

The urban brawler hits PS3 and Xbox 360 in February, with a PC release later in 2009.

  I'd say he's more like Shujinko (MK Deception, Armageddon) in that he has most of the series' well-known moves, not a transformation ability.
