MotorStorm 2 Screenshots: Bikes, Lava and Splits

The latest screenshots from Evolution Studios' off-road racer sequel MotorStorm: Pacific Rift (PS3) offer a look of the game's split-screen multiplayer and further our knowledge of the various environments found in its tropical island setting.

Bringing monster trucks, 16 new tracks and more online players to the franchise, MotorStorm: Pacific Rift hits PlayStation 3 on October 28.

I wish they at least put a splitscreen MP patch for the first one out or something.

  didn't they re-design the engine for motorstorm 2? i don't think split screen was ever possible with the ol' motostorm
