Rock Band DLC: Roadrunner 6 Pack with Dream Theater, Killswitch Engage, Megadeth, More

Harmonix has announced next week's batch of downloadable content for the Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3 editions of Rock Band, revealed on the company's official forums.

Named for the bands' mutual record label, the Roadrunner 6 Pack includes:

  • Airbourne - "Runnin' Wild"
  • DevilDriver - "Clouds Over California"
  • Dream Theater - "Constant Motion"
  • Killswitch Engage - "My Curse"
  • Machine Head - "Aesthetics Of Hate"
  • Megadeth - "Sleepwalker"

All six master tracks will be priced individually for 80 Microsoft Points ($.99) for the first month, after which the price will leap to 160 Microsoft Points ($1.99) per song, or 800 Microsoft Points ($9.99) for the complete pack.

The tracks will be available for download from the Xbox Live Marketplace beginning Tuesday, August 12. As usual, the PlayStation 3's online PlayStation Store will receive the songs on the following Thursday, August 14.

      Now that Dream Theater is on there, though I would have preferred a better song, Opeth is definitely one of the top bands I wanna see in the game.
