Well E3 2008 has indeed come to a close however as Chris mentioned we have several more previews and a couple of interviews coming up next week. Plus QuakeCon is just 2 weeks away so we'll be showing up here with more Rage, Doom 4 and Wolfenstein info.

  It makes since, it's probably cheaper for them to enable the phones to use their hotspots instead of running the data over their fancy new 3G network.
