Too Human Demo, More Playable E3 Games Coming to Xbox Live Next Week

6
Microsoft has announced that it will provide coverage of next week's E3 Media and Business Summit via the Xbox 360's Xbox Live online service, offering a playable demo of Silicon Knights' Too Human (360) and other downloads.

Rounded up as E3: Bringing It Home, the new content will kick off on Monday, July 14. In addition to the Too Human demo, Xbox 360 owners can expect playable versions of other games on the E3 show floor, similar to previous Bringing It Home events. Videos, Xbox 360 dashboard themes and other content will also be on offer.

The oft-delayed action RPG Too Human will land at retailers on August 19.

Glad we'll be able to try out Too Human and end any speculation on the quality.

prediction: it's going to suck and silicon knights will blame poor sales on the demo's constraints and lacking representation of the full game.

It sure sealed the deal for Haze.

No, they've been blaming Epic for their engine for the past year. That was a planned preemptive strike for their publisher's shareholders.

those were reasons for delay. thought i guess they can blame sales on it taking so long too :O

indeed, i'm actually looking forward to Too Human demo, although i also know there's a lot of negativiity towards the game in these woods.

I've been looking forward to trying this ever since the first re-announcement several E3's ago, but I understand the skepticism/hostility. God knows Dyack and company have given us plenty of reasons to be negative towards Too Human, between Dyacks mouth, the E3 06 demo and the UE3 fiasco.

But after all that, I'll still enjoy the game if they actually deliver a good experience.

Ditto. I am really interested in the unique combat controls.

I'm not. Speculating on the quality was almost certainly more fun than the game will be.

      See what I did there?
