Morning Discussion

If we can't stride boldly in to this new week, let's at least stumble semi-coherently. GarageGames has gotten together with the Shack for our latest contest, so if you're interested in access to the Fallen Empire closed beta then give it a look. Also from the weekend Faylor has the week's Release List and Nick brings you another installment of Sunday School.

It almost feels tornadoish out today. Warm, sticky air just after it was really cold.

The only thing we're slated for is severe t-storms, though.

Amen brother. First real thunderstorm of the year! Although if we get much more rain Mayflower may actually start floating. Guess that could by why they named it after a ship.

Yea. I used to be terrified of storms, but now I find them preferable sleeping conditions :P

Yeah, it's pretty dark out. Looks like the main cell has passed us though. The damn thunder woke me up last night.

did you know... tornadoes usually come out of severe thunderstorms?

Not always. Weather hasn't put any tornado watches out, and I can't remember the last time we had tornadoes without a watch or warning in effect.

If the air gets heavy to breathe, then you'll know a tornado is about to tear up some shit.

It's a freakin' blizzard here in western Minnesota. We actually shut down our school and sent all the kids home!

We had thunderstorms roll through Manhattan, KS at about 3am. I love early early am thunderstorms.
