So I finally got my hands on Gears of War for the PC. I've played a bit on the 360 but
never did manage to finish the game as I suppose I still live in the past and just prefer
a mouse for my FPS games. The Wii controller for Prime is pretty darn good too though.

so you think that if you eat meat you will gain fat? do you know that the best way to lose fat is actually eat more of it? (good fat, like eggs, meat, cheese, olive oil etc) thats how the anabolic diet works, 60%fat 30% protein and less than 20g of carbs a day (fiber and green veggies dont count). Your body turn into a fatburner for fuel, and not carb burner anymore, because if you eat both, carbs will be default choice.
Its mostly the same as water retention, you get rid of it by getting more of it, even famous strenght coach like Charles Poliquin swear by this diet, old bodybuilders used it as well for cutting... we always see everywhere that we should eat low fat and blabla while the true evil is sugar and grains (carbs).
the only badside of this diet is the adaptation phase, it can be 2days, or 2weeks, and somes even have a kind of "crash", their body used all their "carb fuel" and now its starting to use the fat, once they are fat adapted, they never want to go back, this diet is awsome, you feel way more energetic.
if you are really interested, get the book, the anabolic diet (maybe on ebay) or the hudge thread here, (read at least the ~50first pages, great info in there http://www.t-nation.com/tmagnum/readTopic.do?id=658379-

drucifer is one of the most highly motivated people I virtually know. Somewhere in his post history is his story of incredible weight loss as well as his kicking of several highly addicting habits, IIRC. I think he walks an insane amount daily as well. Also, he's superman.
In other words, don't worry about him, he's doing fine. -
