So it seems that locating Rock Band wasn't quite the torture I expected, the nearby Target had 15+ so I'm nicely squared away. It looks like the DLC should be up for both 360 and PS3, though if you have the PS3 version you might want to check this out regarding the Guitar Hero controller compatibility.

I wasn't quite sure about the new guitar's click-less strumming, but my problem actually turned out to be the timing of an LCD TV that hadn't been used for rhythm games before. The presentation though? Magnificent. Now if we could just have World Tour online all would be right with the world. Oh and a Freezepop song pack, please. And a pony.

Found Rock Band at a Circuit City about an hour away. My arms are actually sore today from drumming...

  I can't wait to put more time into the drums. I'm trying to get through the tour with the guitar just to unlock all the songs. But the game is a blast.

    I started with a couple friends last night in Band World Tour, got through about 10 songs before we called it quits. I stayed up late bangin' on the drums though. TONS of fun!
