Exit, Battlestar Galactica on Xbox Live Arcade Wed.

Taito's Exit arrives on Xbox Live Arcade this Wednesday, October 24, alongside Auran's Battlestar Galactica, which was dated last week, and downloadable content for PinballFX and Bomberman Live. Both of this week's new games are priced at 800 Microsoft Points ($10).

Released for PSP last year and announced for XBLA this past May, Exit follows the escapades of the renowned escape artist Mr. ESC as he rescues countless city residents from the perils of numerous disasters.

With more than 220 levels, players will need to utilize the varied talents of each individual, such as heavy lifting to remove an obstacle or the ability to squeeze through tight spots, to get everyone out alive.

This week will also see new downloadable content for both Zen Studios' PinballFX and Hudson and Backbone Vancouver's Bomberman Live. An update for Carbonated Games' Uno hits today as well, adding in-game support for the big-buttoned buzzers that will be packaged with Screenlife Games and WXP's Scene It? Lights, Camera, Action (X360) when it hits retail later this year.

Chris Faylor was previously a games journalist creating content at Shacknews.

Exit was pretty good though sometimes annoying slow at points , and some puzzles were really tough. However, good to see it coming to XBLA.

Yea, I got frustrated with it being so slow. Especially since if you screwed up and had to restart, you'd have to repeat the whole damn process and it'd be like five minutes of tedium.

Still, after the way Every Extend turned out, I'm pretty optimistic about these PSP -> XBLA ports. We'll see!

I would love to see Crush get more XBLA love. It's a perfect chunk for an XBLA game.

First I heard of it now. Looks really cool. Will have to try out the demo and then decide if I want it on Live or on my DS. :)
