Capcom Gamers Day Media Bonanza
Capcom didn't just have a number of game announcements at their recent London Gamers Day event, they also released screenshots and videos from games we already knew about. Check out the full post for media from Zack & Wiki: Quest for Barbaros' Treasure, Resident Evil: The Umbrella Chronicles, Mega Man ZX Advent, We Love Golf, Bionic Commando and Devil May Cry 4. Starting things off is Resident Evil: The Umbrella Chronicles, coming to the Wii November 13. Next up, a set of screenshots from the Wii-exclusive We Love Golf, which Nick Breckon didn't. The game is due out some time next year. More Capcom love for the Wii comes in the form of Zack & Wiki: Quest for Barbaros' Treasure, which will be released October 23. For gaming on the go, there's Mega Man ZX Advent, out for Nintendo DS October 23. Heading to Xbox Live Arcade and the Playstation Network is Commando 3, an arcade shooter from Backbone Emeryville. And then there's Bionic Commando and Devil May Cry 4, both of which are bound for PC, PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360. Now, on to the trailers which you can stream or download. Well that Bionic Commando trailer made a believer out of me. The guy's voice sounds a lot like David Lucas/Steven Blum (Cowboy Bebop/Samurai Champloo/The Big O, etc.) which seems to fit the new style IMO. Also, much love for the Area 1 music in the trailer.

FYI, there's another Bionic Commando gameplay video on www.bioniccomando.com now. Looks like he uses conventional firearms and not a gigantic arm mounted cannon, but eh I'll get over it.
