Wii Will Have 140 Games by Year's End
The recently delayed Smash Bros. Brawl will not be among the 140 total Wii titles seen before the year's end, and its new February 10 retail date appears in the list.

When I worked at Babbage's circa 1999-2000 I noticed that the SKU's, which would all start at some number, so the first PSX in the system game was something like 630001, the first Dreamcast game Sonic Adventure was like 830001 or something, etc. The N64, which came out in 1996 and by that point was towards the end of its life, had SKU numbers in the 250's (so if, for example, Super Mario 64 was 640001, then the latest games were like 640251) whereas the PSX new game numbers were closing in on 2,000.
So your statement that the N64 had 140 per year might have been an exaggeration.-
I didn't believe you but wiki (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_Nintendo_64_games) shows 396 releases with 306 of those making it to America.
