      still waiting on my last 1% that seems to take a fucking hour to complete, restarting steam, log out/in...fail - but fuck it's still downloading at a max of like 10KB/s sometimes

      Are there any servers patched yet when it does finally finish? So this is normal for Steam for a big update? Haven't used it much before tf2 for years.
