The Lord of the Rings Online Update Next Week

Turbine today announced that the Book 10: The City of the Kings update for The Lord of the Rings Online: Shadows of Angmar will be released August 20th.

The free content update features over a hundred new quests, an enhanced user interface with customization options, new Reputation and Bartering systems, updated monster play and a continuation of the game's storyline. Here are four screenshots

  The updates they have made since release have been quick and worthwhile. They still need to work out issues with combat play and weapon/armor itemization. If they continue the trend of doing these major updates every few months then this has a chance to hold on for a good while.
