But what can we expect about bugs and in game ads? This is an EA game after all.

  well it's not a Dice/EA game. Dice's bugs are their own fault as much as anyone wants to say otherwise like EA has some magical ability to corrupt source code.

  Crysis is published by EA but it's not an "EA game", it's a "Crytek game". So, there's a different relationship going on than with EA/Dice for example.
