Galactic Civilizations II: Gold Edition Demo

Stardock has released a Galactic Civilizations II: Gold Edition demo, which includes the core game and the Dark Avatar expansion pack. The 424mb download offers

- Medium-Sized Galaxies Only
- Hard coded to the mid-range settings on all setup options
- No scenarios
- No custom maps
- Up to 4 players per game (i.e. 3 computer-controlled)
- Plays for 150 turns

Galactic Civilizations II: Gold Edition can be found in retail stores or on TotalGaming.net, where you can also download Dark Avatar for $29.99.

That mean 150 game turns I guess? It's a (sort of) time limited demo? Those are so furstrating. :(

  It's just over 150 turns, which comes out to 3 game years. It's actually a surprising amount of time for a medium map. ;)
