First Post!

I do believe its time for some Titan Quest: Immortal Throne. The original was a good deal of fun, and I doubt they have managed to mess up the expansion.

I hate Sony. Especially since they claimed that Rumble was a "last generation" feature, when really they are just too proud to say they had to pay a company because they were wrong.

But you have secondlife on the console now! You don 't need rumble! Want to watch a movie? You have to run across the virtual world for 30 minutes to get to the cinema to wait in a virtual line! It's going to make you value your purchase so much more!

Sony also said that sound working in backwards compatibility was a luxury.

No, they bashed Microsoft for having emulation as their BC, and what is Sony doing now... ohhh yeah!

no, I remember them saying when all these problems came out before PS3 hit stores. They said that sound wasn't necessary and it's not 100% guaranteed to work.

was there anything else mention after that German site said hardly any ps2 games work on the software backward compat?

The one where they tried MGS2, 3, God of War, SotC etc and they all didn't work but Eragon did.

Since it still hasn't been 'officially' announced, Sony wouldn't talk to me about it at E3, but here's my question...

Am I - and other PS3 owners - gonna have to buy a new controller to experience rumble? My guess is 'yes'.

I'm going to say "yes" -- just like I had to buy a Dual Shock for my PS1.

The SIXAXIS has no motors, so it would have to be a 2SIXAXIS2 or something with force feedback built in.

Sony *could* be really cool and offer an exchange program or something, but I sincerely doubt it.

I just hope when they do put it in they put in serious, next-generation force feedback...there's so much room for improvement, and Immersion has much better tech than is seen on either the 360 or Wii.
