Age of Empires 3: The WarChiefs Demo

A demo for the Age of Empires 3 expansion pack The WarChiefs is now available, allowing you to play two singleplayer missions as either the Germans or the Iroquois Confederation. Age of Empires 3: The WarChiefs will be in stores October 17. Thanks GameSpot.

These screens dont look like theyve come from AOE3, the LOD and camera's perspective are all wrong.
Hope its a good expansion tho, The game is damn fun

  The original AoE3 shots looked NOTHING like the final game, that's just plain false advertisement.

  strategy games rarely use screenshots of the perspective you'll be playing at, because its just not very exciting to look at. so they zoom in, get lower, etc.

    btw, is this also the case for CoH? There's lots of shackhype about it and I thought at first it was an FPS, the screenshots looked much more like CoD2 etc. Do you also play CoH in a standard top-down view?

      its a RTS game so yes, you play it from the same view you play all other RTS. The graphics are just that good that zoomed in you could believe its an FPS

      The graphics will blow you away. They never cease to amaze.
