replyI played EQ2 when it first came out, but pretty much stuck with the original. This new expansion might just be the thing that draws me back to EQ2.

The whole EQ2 storyline and universe just put me off. I was absolutely in love with EQ1 for years and years, but EQ2 shattered that universe, much to my dismay. I didnt expect EQ2 just to be a pretty sequel, but i also didnt expect them to destroy the world and just make it boring.
That aside, the game has really really improved in the last year and a half and worth another shot once this is out.
