Rock it out for me tonight fellas!

- Vista is on track.. seriously
- You are numb to violence
- HDDVD or BR? We all lose
- Cell phones replacing credit cards
- Recruit babysitters online?
- Dude, ethernet in your brain

Lastly, social networking is evil. Luckily we have the government to protect our children from it!

Did anyone ever find the original "capture the glowing keys" version of Q1 CTF? I looked on my old CD-Rs and the oldest I have is v3.0.1 from 11-22-97.

I'll play if someone puts the keys & voreball grapple CTF up.

I have that setup, but it's for netquake only, and thus doesn't run smoothly as a server on this comp :(

Oh man does that bring back memories. I remember playing netquake up until QW became good. I think i was QW v1.2 or so before ie got "good" enough to play. Once I switched over I never went back. So many hours of ass kicking with a 300 ping on dialup in QW...

This is when ISDN was still $120 a month for one channel. If I used both channels it was an extra $1/min.

Ima try to hop in the TFC game if I can, and I'll be handing out or receiving beatings on a 1v1 server tonight.

Quake Question: what's the command to fix the OpenGL error in Unofficial GLQuake? (Yes, I have fuhQuake installed and running as well- I'm not sure I like all those colored lights...OMG racist!)

Beats me, but try FTE! http://www.fteqw.com/

        What error does it give?

It's an nvogl.dll error, which IIRC is related to the size limit on the Quake OGL string; somebody posted a fix recently, but Shacksearch has failed me.

You delete the opengl.dll file in the directory I do believe

Yeah, I think the old opengl was for voodoo cards.

Yeah that's what I remember as well. Voodoo, leave it, TNT, get rid of it.
