Over at ATI's website you can now find version 6.5 of the Catalyst drivers for Radeon powered videocards. The release notes mention fixes for 3DMark 05, DOOM 3, Far Cry and various HDTV issues.

    This release finally adds support for adaptive AA on R300 and R420 based cards. So feel free to rejoice if you own such a card! No real news otherwise.

    Who am I kidding though, I'm sure we'll have to lie in a cesspool of negativity just like the comments to every shacknews post.
