According to this thread on the 3D Realms forums, a Prey demo is coming June 22. The demo will be released for the PC, and the Xbox 360 through the Xbox Marketplace. Update: There is now an official story on the 3D Realms website confirming this news, while also mentioning the demo will be a 5 level one with singleplayer and multiplayer content.
