Free fan-produced video game review show GameLife has gained a notable amount of internet fame in recent months, possibly in part due to the casual and sometimes awkward presentation of its teenaged hosts. Now the show, which has seen three episodes so far and which focuses on reviews of video games and game peripherals, seems to be getting noticed in places other than just internet forums. Ziff-Davis Meda, which publishes gaming site 1UP.com and magazines such as Electronic Gaming World, Computer Gaming World, and Official U.S. PlayStation Magazine, has signed GameLife to cover E3 and deliver reviews and interviews in a special episode of the show taped on the expo floore. However, the show's success doesn't stop there. In an announcement today, GameLife revealed that it is in talks with media giant Viacom with the possibility of producing exclusive GameLife segments for broadcast on MTV's properties, which include several TV networks and websites. GameLife began as a fun hobby for three friends and has turned into an Internet phenomenon thanks to the popularity of online video sites such as Google Video, YouTube and Myspace.

"I feel like everything is about to explode," says the show's 19-year-old creator and host Andrew Rosenblum. "A few months ago we're hanging out making a show at home, now we're filming at the E3 expo and talking with MTV about doing reviews for them."
