NCSoft sent along a press release, announcing that Guild Wars: Factions will launch April 28, worldwide. There will be a beta test event for all current Guild Wars players on March 24.

      1. people who own GW
      2. people invited by people who own GW
      3. people who have preordered.

      So, when he says "for all current Guild Wars players" he is correct.
