There's a new producer's blog on the official Battle for Middle-Earth 2 website, talking about multiplayer issues ("we've had some server outages since launch that have kept people from playing multiplayer as much as they wanted to over the last 4-5 days (we had one outage yesterday that lasted for a number of hours)."), and plans for patches. One patch will be out shortly to fix the out of sync issue, while another patch will be released in several weeks to provide balancing changes and other game improvements.
