    Except it's stupid because almost nobody owns a video iPod compared to people who own the original.
    
    Folks jumping on "video podcasts" seem to think that everyone is going to throw their iPod in the trash and buy a new one because of a new model. Screw that. I <3 my 20GB 4th gen B&W

      You can view the videos in iTunes (and other podcatching clients) without having a new ipod.
      
      People have been producing podcasts with video since before Apple announced the 5G ipod.
