Quake 4 Linux Binaries Available

id Software has released the Quake 4 Linux binaries, allowing you to play the game or run a dedicated server for it. It requires a copy of the Windows version along with a working CD key. More information can be found here.

so far it looks like a cdkey is not required to run a dedicated server though.

  How would you install it then? It asked for the CD Key at the very beginning of the install process.
