  which is annoying as it's being developed by Pandemic Studios. Which developed Battlezone 2. Where the first game is one of my favourites and which I started online gaming with. Sigh.

  I think the first SW:BF was quite successful actually. It definitely garnered ShackHype(tm) for a time after its release. I liked it, although for what it excelled in gameplay, it lacked in polish IMO.

    Agreed. It was a very good game with alot of content, but there wer bugs galore, multiplayer was essentially the same thing over and over again, and some things in terms of physics were wrong.

  I only played the Xbox version, but it was a lot of fun. I mean, sure the maps could have been larger, or the vehicle combat could have been better, but it was enjoyable for what it was, and I think (I hope) they'll take into account the criticisms of the first game for the sequel.
