Hellgate: London Preview

GameSpot has a new Hellgate: London preview, taking another look at this first person RPG from Flagship Studios. The article focuses on graphics (the game was being shown at NVidia's Geforce 7800 press event) and game world randomization.

Why does it look mipmapped & smoothed out to hell and back?

I like the look of the zombies. A little Diablo 2 over them.

  The mip-mapping does look pretty bad in some of those shots, but I guess that's a sacrifice they're making to get fully randomized 3d environments.
