Battlefield 2 Previews

GameSpy has posted the third part of their Maps of Battlefield 2 feature, showing FuShe Pass, Gulf of Oman, and Kubra Dam. There's also a new preview of the game at 1UP.

Gamespy made THE slowest server browser I have ever used in a multiplayer game. I DO love BF2 tho! A couple questions though...

I can't get my joystick to work still. When I try mapping something like pitch forward it inputs pitch forward into two slots at once (forward and backward at the same time.) Any way around this?

Also, I have a ton of keys mapped on the keyboard, and everytime I try to enter in a text chat all goes well until I hit a key that's bound to anything and it closes the text chat line. I can't type anything to anyone while I'm playing the game and it drives me nuts.

Thanks to anyone who can help with either of these two problems (I have a couple more issues, but I don't wanna bug you guys too much!)

  The joystick thing is normal. Its applying the forward direction to pitch up and the opposite direction on the same axis for pitch down automatically. When you load the game you should find the controls are set up fine

  Really hope they solve this issue in some patch (full game?), because like you - I also think the game is great fun.
