I think MS is making a wrong decision with all these different packages. Hard Drive yes, No?...gold, silver?...man WTF...I want simplicity...shit is getting complicated fast for the average user.
-
While i am looking forward to xbox 360, i am concerned with how developers are going to respond to it. Will they really put for the effort into making games that make use of the hard drive, if only 30% of owners has one? and if not, that would seem like a rip off to people who paid extra for it.
but the free silver account sounds very good. -
-
I refering to more of the technical side of things. Optional harddrive mainly. I would love for MS to prove me (us) wrong. I just think it should be all one way or the other. Something that is free like changing your faceplate is a non issue...it is free...I am more concerned about the options you have to pay for...like the harddrive.

It's just MS trying to please everyone, because people just like to bitch about everything. Shit I'm bitching about everyone bitching. The hard drive is optional because some people may not want a cheaper system and if they don't have one then some people will be like 'wtf the first xbox had one'. It always comes down to the bottom line. Humans suck! And that aside looking forward to seeing what comes out on this beast. Cheers.

I'm missing the whole complicated part.
What complicated about it? If you think you're going to use the HD, get it. If not, don't. A or B. Yes or No. I want or I don't want.
Reminds me of the people who are at the taco bell order box in the drive through who have to read every damn item to themselves and have a friggn crisis when they can't decide between chicken or beef in their crappy burrito. Nations are not going to die if you end up not liking it. Just pick the first one that sounds good and go. -
