Late Night Consoling

34
Man, busy day! New titles being announced left and right and the rumors have just been flying in from all angles. I don't ever put much stock in these wild rumors, but man, I would absolutely love to see Microsoft's counterattack to Apple's iPod. Although connecting my "xPod" to the Xbox 2/Next/360 doesn't seem to be very useful, as I'd like to use my PC for audio management, the dual use of it as a personal audio player and hard drive for my Xbox sounds intriguing. If I had to buy a hard drive for the system, it's at least nice I can use it to listen to music on the go. Plus, it'd be appealing to all those gamers who don't own a computer. Of course, all speculation. Let's hope E3 clears this all up.

Another rumor suggests that Microsoft is looking to make the system connect wirelessly to your TV. Umm ... sony will have a working PS3 at this years E3, and will show it before E3 at a special event somewhere else.

Early 2K6 in the US they are slated for.

But then again ALL these release dates are rumors for all companies until "official".

Exactly, it's all rumor. That's what I've heard the last most, late 2006.

As for a working PS3... a few sources have said it'll be as playable as the PSP was last year, which really wasn't playable at all. No point and trusting anything at this point.

            True that...

Would be really sweet though if they did have working models for both MS and Sony.

Then again ill be happy with "tech demos" of both.

Of course I game on the PC 100% of the time thus all the consoles do is collect dust :-p
