        Actually, GNOME is a damm fine OS. It just takes after Mac OS in the same way KDE takes after Windows. Both GNOME and KDE are at the stage where they could easily out perform the current MS offering. Both have gotten that good. However, no main stream software support=Always the bridesmaid and never the bride for now.

        Agreed. Toying around with Linux and KDE was fun, but in the end, there was nothing I could actually do with it. :/
