The World of Warcraft forums have a post by Blizzard Entertainment president Mike Morhaime, who is the latest to apologize for World of Warcraft downtime. Twenty realms were taken down during peak hours yesterday and fixing problems took longer than expected. Because of this, people who couldn't play will get another 4 days of free playing time. Morhaime also promises that the developer will work on keeping players better informed of what's going on.
