Computer & Video Games has a new City of Heroes Q&A, talking to Jack Emmert of Cryptic Studios about the popular superheroes MMORPG. Emmert is asked about various design aspects of the game, the upcoming City of Villains expansion pack and a few other things.

once my lvl-33 scrapper gets unstoppable he will rule the justice server muhahahahaha!

Rawdog lvl-33 invulnerable scrapper, send tell for TF's street hunting etc..on justice anytime shack

  If a lvl 33 scrapper can rule a server, it must be a pretty weak one.
