Battlefield 2 Q&A

The EA Games website has the October Battlefield newsletter, offering an in-house Q&A with producer Scott Evans about Battlefield 2. Topics include character looks and upgrades, laser guided missiles, mod tools, return of the 3D map (they want feedback on that) and demo plans.

Rewarding engineers who repair vehicles and medics who heal teammates fosters a greater sense of teamwork.

Granted I'll be a team player whether or not I get points for it but its good to see its going to be encouraged.

    Until you run out of ammo at least. ;)
    
    Perhaps they make it like in Enemy Territory, where you cannot harm your own vehicles (which is both good and bad) or maybe you only get points for repairing vehicles that the enemy destroyed?

    that's easily remedied. have points awarded only for repairing vehicles in which other people are in.
