Raven programmer Mike Gummelt made a big post on the Star Trek: Voyager forums as addendum to the FAQ they have on their site. Mike covers everything from enemies, weapons, art to the scripting system and map design. Be sure and check out those pretty Voyager screenshots, they make awesome use of the Q3 engine.
