Ok, well after that posting yesterday of the Q3 release being moved all the way up to this week I got an incredible amount of email pretty much confirming the fact. A few different EB employees (as well as a guy who worked next door to one) sent word that they will actually have the game on shelves Thursday. On top of that Gamedealer has been telling people who called that they have the game in stock and will be shipping it out this Wednesday for delivery on Thursday. Also, this BestBuy employee says Quake3 is on the 'truck list' for arriving in stores tonight. So the final word? Hell if I know, I'd give it a 95% chance of showing up some time this week though, I'll keep you guys posted. On the other side, that 1,000,000 initial ship number prompted a couple of other Activision employees to email me saying they 'seriously doubt' that number. No big deal anyways, we just want the damn game!
