Sunday Afternoon ShackReviews

0
Good afternoon! Whistle a jaunty tune as I prepare an update to the ShackReviews database! This week we've got five new additions, including a couple of very strange ones indeed. As usual, if there's a game you want to review but don't see in the database, check first and then submit it! (And don't blame me if a game you never submitted isn't added!)

While I was adding The Neverhood to the database, I did some hunting around the web and dug up the game's original demo, which we've now got mirrored here at FileShack. Way back when, I really liked this game quite a bit, and while the gameplay hasn't held up all that well, this does have one of the best soundtracks you'll ever hear. If you missed it the first time around, I can't say there's a good chance you'll love it, because being a point n' click adventure game (and an FMV-heavy one at that) I don't think it's held up as well as some of the Monkey Island games...but the soundtrack's still as good as ever.
