Sunday Afternoon ShackReviews

Jeez...is it time for an update to the ShackReviews database again? This week we've got a mix of new and older games, including the long-awaited debut of Silent Hill 3 and what is generally regarded as one of the hardest games ever made (if not the absolute hardest). As usual, if there's a game you want to review but don't see in the database, check first and then submit it! (And don't blame me if a game you never submitted isn't added!)

Last weekend I finished up Star Wars: Knights of the Old Republic and as noted in my review of the game, I enjoyed it quite a bit. It was a lot shorter than I expected, but it's a great game, and shouldn't be missed by anyone who owns an Xbox and likes RPGs or Star Wars. After finishing that up, I've moved on to WarCraft III: The Frozen Throne, which is solid, although I seem to be stuck on one of the Sentinel missions and that's driving me nuts. But I'll get past it eventually. Next week is a big one indeed, as Madden 2004 will be out for practically every system imaginable, and we're just two weeks away from the release of Soul Calibur II and F-Zero GX. Yowza.
