Rise of the Triad Source Code
It's no Duke Nukem 3D, but 3D Realms has released the source code to Rise of the Triad, the older Apogee shooter. It's a modest 4mb download and released under the GPL license. You can view a readme with comments from Scott Miller and Tom Hall here.
