Quake4 Fakes

Just wanted to make a quick update in saying that there has been a recent flood of fake Quake4 movies and trailers. Everything on the internet is fake and nothing Quake4 related has ever been released, except for the one piece of concept art released at the initial announcement of the project.
Of course, nothing can really compare to the DOOM3 fakes we have hosted here.

Yeah, I loved it and Quake1 (QW). I'm one of the few people who loved both about the same. I had gripes about both (QW had the most god-awful insultingly castrated SSG ever...especially coming from DOOM2, and Q2 was way too slow; although most games coming out today make it look blazing fast).

Man those were the days. I don't think I have ever achieved that level of happiness and content ever again in PC gaming. The days where Q2 deathmatch was the clear king of the hill. Now all we have is jillions of stupid war sim FPS games with newb gamers, or formerly good players converted into pure newbs. Deathmatch has died ... but it can make a return can't it? CAN'T IT?!

Quake 2 Battle of the Sexes. Best Mod Ever concieved. It never got the attention it deserved sadly. But it was pretty much a sophisticated version of Weapons Factory/Team Fortress, with way better maps. God playing as captain was fun, I dare to say I was the best captain that ever existed in that mod. So much fun....ah...the days...
