Crucial Video Q&A

2

Looks like Crucial is coming out with their own videocard, starting with a card based on the ATI 8500LE chipset. HardOCP has a brief Q&A talking to the company about their move into graphics.

Neat. Hopefully they will expand into high-end cards as well.

I second this, Crucial customer support is EXCELLENT (I had some ram go bad, they replaced the pair of 128MB dimms with a single 256MB dimm, AND refunded the difference between the original purchase price of the 128's and the then-current price of the 256, which was like a £70 rebate :)

If Crucial make an R300 card, I'll consider getting into the queue for one1

I'm surprised they didn't go with NVidia first considering the wide range of GeForce-branded chips available. ATI must have been more willing to deal.
