Now here's a good surprise. When Rockstar announced that GTA: Vice City was to be for the PS2 exclusive because of a deal with Sony, everyone just assumed there would be no PC version. The good news is that the deal only applies to consoles, and that there will be a PC version of GTA: Vice City.
